Dick's Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1982 by Dick Higgins, who set up shop in a 900 square foot facility on NE 9th in East Wenatchee. He hired Ken Osborne, who bought the company in 1995. Ken moved the business to the current location at North Baker Flats Industrial Park in 2007 where we operate out of a beautiful 9000 square foot building.
We specialize in commercial and residential heating, cooling, ventilation and indoor air quality. Dick's Heating & Air Conditioning feature high quality, reliable and energy efficient Trane systems matched with our expertly designed and installed ductwork.
We also provide repair service of all brands of heating and cooling equipment as well as routine preventative maintenance service.
We are located at 5533 Nelpar Drive (North Baker Flats) in East Wenatchee. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We can be reached at (509) 884-6444 every day including weekends.
